Step 1: Initial Inspection with CCTV Camera
Every relining project begins with a CCTV drain inspection. We insert a high-definition camera into the affected pipe to identify the extent and exact location of the damage. This allows us to plan the repair accurately — no guesswork involved.
Step 2: High-Speed Drain Cleaning
Before relining, we thoroughly clean the inside of the pipe using high-speed water jets or mechanical brushes. This clears out debris, roots, grease, or corrosion so that the liner adheres properly to the pipe wall.
Step 3: Installing the Liner
We prepare a flexible liner soaked in a special epoxy resin. This liner is inserted into the pipe using an inversion drum or winch, depending on the setup. Once inside, the liner is inflated with air or water pressure to press it against the existing pipe walls.
Step 4: Curing the Resin
With the liner in place, we begin the curing process. Depending on the product and application, we use either hot water, steam, or ambient air to harden the resin. This creates a new, seamless, and highly durable inner pipe — essentially a pipe within a pipe.
Step 5: Final Inspection
After curing, we conduct another CCTV inspection to verify the success of the installation. The result? A smooth, corrosion-resistant, long-lasting pipe that restores full function without the need for excavation.
